Yesterday I enjoyed a yoga retreat called “finding your inner light”.
These were in the corner of the room.
Imposing and interesting.
Obviously for the advanced Yogic
as no-one offered me one to use…
Thankfully.
By the time I’d finished
our inner light had landed
safely Out of West Africa.
Phew what a week!
Thankfully.
